Reverse Swallow, Functional Play, and Tongue Out逆向吞咽,玩和舌头伸出

Goals: massage tips, tips about preventing reverse swallow and tongue out, functional play. Preconditions: Ella is 15 month old. Environment: oral swab. How: watch the video here. 动作简要说明 1。Par 1:开始是口腔按摩,这些按摩手法大部分在前面的视频中介绍过,只有一个动作是比较新的,就是在两侧脸颊处,用手指同时从里往外按摩以前没有介绍过。 2。接着Tia 用了Oral swab, 不是什么特别的康复工具,是用来清洁小孩牙齿的一次性的工具,前面是海面状的,插在小棍上。Tia说这可以给孩子不同质地的东西的刺激,Tia说可以用来在舌尖上打滚,好像挠痒一样,她建议我可以浸在水里,弄湿再给孩子用,Tia接着就把oral swab按摩语柔牙齿的外侧,后来Tia又把它刷语柔的舌头,这样可以让语柔舌头后缩。 3。接着Tia喂了点东西给语柔,她说你一旦发现语柔有用逆向吞咽的方式吞咽东西,可以马上说‘嚼’并示范孩子,当我提出语柔可能不明白嚼的意思时,Tia说要开始让孩子明白,加上你再做示范,孩子会明白的。 4。Tia建议吃点东西然后给孩子喝点,有助于把口中余下的食物吞下去。 5。Tia用手指来帮助语柔用下嘴唇来含住杯子,这个技巧在上次介绍过了。 6。part 2: … Continue reading
